Bearish?

How come I have seen so many analysts now are picking the bottom or holding their long positions, refusing to sell? I think they are trying to look smart. In the bottom of my heart, I want to do that as well. But from my trading experience, the bottom was never in when majority analysts were heavily long. Among the gurus I keep tracking, only Bernie Schaeffer is bearish. This time I think he might be right.
