Are we still gonna get a holiday rally? I am not sure. The market looks really dark this morning, seems more downside ahead. But is there an old saying, describing the sky is darkest before dawn?

Back in Sep, I pointed out I would use BSC as a market tell. Now it seems still valid. BSC is still in a firm downtrend that means the selloff is not over yet.

I might be right on time with right stocks again. Look at today's point gainers: FSLR up $21, STP up $8, SPWR up $20, WFR up $6, JASO up $5, TSL up $5, MA up $14, EDU up $4, CTRP up $4. Similarities? Solars and Chinese names, except MA is a financial stock I added!

The market is selling off hard right now, don't try to be a hero by picking the bottom. Today is not scary, what scares me is the next Monday if we don't bounce by the close.

Earning can change everything

No matter how good the technical looks like, a bad earning can ruin the good looking chart. And that is why I don't suggest holding through earnings. Betting earning is a sucker's game.
