Mini rally
This morning we are having a Semi-led rally, so far so good. The key is this afternoon, when the sellers are supposed to coming in. Besides, tomorrow is holiday. Let's see if we can hold the gain. If it does, maybe the rally can carry over to the next week. In conclusion, don't be excited yet.

Is there any reason why sellers mostly come in the afternoon ?
the exact reason? i don't know. based on my trading experiences and observations: when mkt declines, amateurs buy the mkt up in the morning, professionals later sell the mkt down in the afternoon. i m not saying it has to be that way, just try to warn you the possibility here. in an uptrend, the intraday trend gets stronger and stronger, cuz buyers don't want to leave behind.
Thanks for your response. Trying to learn the ropes here.. Have been 'trading' for more than a year, but yet to see profits in my portfolio. I think I've lost most of my money in Option trading. Haven't been able to discipline myself as yet.

u r welcome. i think option trading requires more skills than stocks, cuz u not only need direction is correct, but alos the right timing. that is why i never touch options.
