The major averages are in solid green this morning after Merrill Lynch upgrades Technology sector to Mkt Weight from Underweight. But the star of the day actually is homebuilder. KBH, TOL, BZH, MDC, HOV all breaks out. Other sectors, like steel, oil, are playing catching up.
