The builders are bottoming, check out the price action of TOL, RYL, HOV, PHM and BZH. I think the financial crisis is over for now.

Anybody followed Jim Cramer's call on BSC?

He predicted Bear Sterns will be bought, which comes true, but the price is off, way off.

Bear Sterns is sold to Chase at just $236 million based on the number of shares outstanding as of Feb. 16. But wait! Did not SEC said recently that Bear Stearns had more than $17 billion in cash and sellable assets on March 11? What am I missing here? Who is lying here? Any truth from Wall St?
