Builders bottoming
The builders are bottoming, check out the price action of TOL, RYL, HOV, PHM and BZH. I think the financial crisis is over for now.

Anybody followed Jim Cramer's call on BSC?
He predicted Bear Sterns will be bought, which comes true, but the price is off, way off.

I am laughing out loudly
"The past week has been an incredibly difficult time for Bear Stearns," said Bear Stearns Chief Executive Alan Schwartz in a statement. "This represents the best outcome for all of our constituencies based upon the current circumstances." He should be shot for 5 minutes, no less:)
What a resecue plan!
Why not just let it die? Just let Bear Sterns file bankruptcy. $2 more will make shareholders happier? I feel sorry for them, because we have a pathetic Fed and a pathetic government.
Any truth from you guys?
Bear Sterns is sold to Chase at just $236 million based on the number of shares outstanding as of Feb. 16. But wait! Did not SEC said recently that Bear Stearns had more than $17 billion in cash and sellable assets on March 11? What am I missing here? Who is lying here? Any truth from Wall St?

Everybody should remember it!
Wow, I love this saying. Warren Buffett once said, "It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it." Sooooo TRUE!

Final push?
The financials get slaughtered again. But BIDU, AAPL, MA etc are holding well. Are they telling us something? Nevertheless, it is still bear market.
